Transcrecia provides German localization, UX-driven transcreation, UX/UI copy and language QA services for SaaS, e-commerce and digital products.

• Project instructions such as deadlines, target markets (DE, AT, CH), terminology preferences or style guide notes.

2.2 Project files

• Content files provided for localization or transcreation, such as Figma links, CSV, JSON, XLIFF, XLSX, DOCX or HTML files.
• Style guides, glossaries, terminology lists and supporting documents.
• Existing translations or AI-generated German content provided for review or QA.

2.3 Technical data

• Basic usage or device data such as IP address and browser information for analytics and security.
• Cookies or similar technologies used for essential site operation and measurement where configured.

3. How we use data

• To deliver localization, transcreation, UX/UI copy and language QA services according to the agreed specification.
• To communicate about scope, pricing, invoices and delivery.
• To maintain website security and prevent abuse.

Project files are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, post-delivery support and legal obligations.

• Project files: generally retained up to 30 days after project completion unless earlier deletion is requested or longer retention is agreed for ongoing work.
• Invoices and accounting records: retained for the period required by applicable law.
• Support communications: retained as needed to resolve the request and maintain service quality.

If you require earlier deletion after delivery, mention this in your project instructions and we will confirm feasibility and timeline.

If GDPR applies, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
